Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  3. In the last 5 minutes, add cranberries to the pan and roast until they burst. Serve warm.
