Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
- In the last 5 minutes, add cranberries to the pan and roast until they burst. Serve warm.
