Method
- Spoon half the coconut yogurt into the bottom of a glass, jar, or bowl.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries, followed by a layer of granola.
- Repeat with the remaining yogurt, strawberries, and granola.
- Drizzle with maple syrup if desired and top with chia seeds and fresh mint.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate overnight for a grab-and-go breakfast — just add the granola right before eating to keep it crunchy.
Notes
When possible, choose organic ingredients. Individual alpha-gal reactions vary — always read labels carefully, especially for coconut yogurt and granola. If histamine is a concern, use freshly opened ingredients and opt for maple syrup over honey.
