Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast If using rotisserie chicken, confirm there are no butter-based injections or flavorings.
  • 8 oz dairy-free cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free ranch dressing (or homemade)
  • 1/3 cup cup Frank’s RedHot Original (adjust to taste) Frank’s RedHot Original is typically the safest option—avoid “butter style” or creamy buffalo sauces.
  • 1/2 cup cup dairy-free shredded cheddar-style cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine dairy-free cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in dairy-free shredded cheese if using.
  5. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.v
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
