Method
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until the mixture sticks together.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to allow truffles to set.
- Optional: Roll finished truffles in extra cocoa powder or crushed hazelnuts before serving.
Notes
Sweetness can be adjusted to taste. For a sweeter truffle, add one Medjool date to the food processor or increase the maple syrup slightly. Always check ingredient labels, as sensitivities can vary for those with alpha-gal syndrome.
