Vegan Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
