Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, chopped rosemary, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the olive oil and warm water. Stir until the dough comes together.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently into a smooth ball.
  5. Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness and transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the top with additional olive oil and sprinkle with a little more chopped rosemary and salt.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing.

Cooking Tip: For an extra crispy and golden crust, preheat your baking sheet in the oven as it warms up. Placing the dough onto a hot surface will start cooking the bottom immediately, ensuring a crispy texture throughout.
