Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  3. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and butter and let it melt.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
