  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for at least 4 hours or overnight)
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (adds a cheesy flavor)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions:

  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the cashews, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and nutmeg.
