Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
