Refunds & Order Policies

We are committed to being transparent and fair while operating a small, independently run business. Please review the information below before placing an order, as it outlines how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled.

Preorders & Physical Products

All preorders and physical product purchases are final sale.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, refunds are not available. This includes preorder items, limited-run products, and made-to-order items.

Because production and fulfillment costs are incurred upfront, we are unable to offer refunds after an order has been placed.

Shipping & Production Timelines

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith; however, production and shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control.

Delays in production or shipping do not qualify for refunds. We will always communicate updates as clearly and promptly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for damaged items.

Digital Products & Bonus Content

All digital products, downloads, and bonus materials are non-refundable once delivered.

This includes (but is not limited to) digital guides, PDFs, bonus content, and any downloadable materials provided as part of a purchase or preorder.

Order Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address and order details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase.
