- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Boil potatoes and carrots together until fork-tender (about 10–12 minutes).
- Drain and add to a blender with the milk, nutritional yeast, oil, lemon juice, garlic and onion powders, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and return to pot.
